George Howard Clark (1881-1956). Radio engineer and vice president of RCA. Born at Alberton, Prince Edward Island, Canada, emigrated to the United States at the age of fourteen. He graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S.E.E. in 1903. He worked for several firms and the federal government until joining the American Marconi Company in 1919, when the Radio Corporation of America was formed. Fletcher, James A.

James Fletcher was born around 1837 in Ohio, the son of John and Clarissa D. Fletcher. He resided in Belvidere, Vermont and enlisted in Company E, 3rd Vermont Infantry Regiment on June 1, 1861 as a corporal. He was promoted to Sergeant and was commissioned as a First Lieutenant in Company I on January 8, 1864. He mustered out on July 27, 1864.
